This was Landon and I on our honeymoon almost 4 years ago in Cancun, and we are headed back in January! I'm so excited for our vacation on vacation. I say this because, we will already be back home in Utah for Christmas break when we leave. This was supposed to be our "babymoon" and hopefully it still is. The countdown is on! I found this recipe on Just Cook Already a few weeks ago and finally tried it for dinner tonight. It was a HUGE hit with Landon. Greek Tacos {i adjusted this recipe to serve just 2 of us.} M arinade 2-4 large chicken breasts in this Greek Salad Dressing.
